Survival/Rescue operations demand a versatile knife able to withstand
extreme abuse. The SRK was designed by Lynn Thompson with this in mind.
No expense was spared in steel, heat treating and construction. Only
expensive surface polishes have been eliminated.
Instead, the blade has a rich black epoxy powder coat to help protect the
Carbon V steel from the elements. The blade features a tremendously strong
clip point that's fine enough for delicate work, yet possesses enough belly for
efficient cutting, slashing and skinning strokes.
At 3/16" of an inch thick, the SRK?offers the sturdiest possible point and edge
configuration, without sacrificing sharpness. Plus, every blade is hand honed
to a superb edge that is hair flinging sharp!
The SRK's handle is made of black Kraton?rubber. It sports a single quillion
finger guard and a checkered non-slip grip.

The Vaquero Series folders all feature the distinctive Nogales clip point blade
style. They are precision flat ground to form a long, shallow "V" shaped cross
section. This is ideal for shearing through thick, fibrous materials such as manila
rope, cable, hose, belts, etc. The serrated edges form a sinuous double curve. This
means that whatever material is struck with the inward curving portion of the
edge (near the hand) will automatically force the remaining curved edge entirely
through. These strong, handsome folders deliver an unequalled fit and finish.
They are carefully machined and hand fitted by master craftsmen who take great
pride in their work. Feel the power of the massively strong locking mechanisms
as you thumb one of these blades open. The deeply checkered, and ergonomically
designed Zytel handles are cleverly reinforced with enough rigidity, strength, and

The Barong is one of the classic short swords used by the Filipino warriors who
prized it for its ability to sever an arm or leg with a single blow! While widely
known throughout south east Asia, it is particularly popular to this day with
the Moros of Sulu, Mindanao, and North Borneo. Barongs feature distinctive
leaf shaped blades that are quite heavy and measure up to 18" long by 3" wide.
They have no guard, and often come with elaborate handles which anchor the
heavy sword in the hand and help to resist centrifugal forces when making a
hard chopping or slashing stroke. The mirror polished blade of the Moro Barong
is approximately 18" long by 23/4" wide and 1/4" thick at the spine. For
maximum strength and effectiveness in battle, it is forged from 1050 high
carbon spring tempered steel and distal tapered to assure perfect balance. Each
blade comes fully sharpened and ready to cleave both flesh and bone. The
classically shaped, down-turned handle is made from exotic Rosewood,
specially selected to match the scabbard in both grain and color.
